Capital District Developmental Disabilities Services Office is one of OPWDD's 14 DDSOs. Capital District DDSO provides individual diagnostic and habilitative services to people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as their families in Albany, Fulton, Montgomery, Rensselaer, Saratoga, Schoharie, Schenectady, Warren and Washington Counties in the State of New York.
